Everything was perfect, including extremely great staff. We booked big size and luxurious rooms with a coffee machine, a balcony, as example. The location was exceptional - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Totally recommend this place and would like to stay here on the next trip: )
The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

i stayed here for 7 nights, the hotel was wonderful, with exceptional and super location close to the best restaurants. the room was extremely spacious with walls between the bathroom, a king bed plus a coffee machine, the check-in was efficient. the staff was nice and provided first-class service. the pool was great and i had free soft drinks in the swim-up bar.

Let's talk about what really matters
This sprawling resort delivers a fine beachfront experience with immaculate grounds and great service. The breakfast spread is a highlight, offering countless options. With multiple pools and activities, it's easy to unwind, though the dining prices can be steep. A fantastic escape for families, just be prepared for some crowding.

This resort is great for snorkeling, relaxing by the infinity pools, and enjoying the fine beachfront at sunset. You must check out the local fish restaurants nearby for fresh seafood!

The resort's location is excellent, beachside on Jimbaran. Only 15 minutes to Kuta in a taxi (approx £2/$4AUS). The restaurants on the beach outside the hotel are great value and good fun, if a little smoky from the BBQs they use. The staff and facilities at the hotel are superb, the rooms are comfortable and clean.
Nitpicking but the hotel could do with the following: A bigger pool-bar area (only 6 seats), free internet (this is 2010!) and a more expansive selection of watersports (although these can be found in Nusa Dua).

The hotel features beautiful gardens and pools that were perfect. The staff in the lounge provided really good service. Plus, the rejuvenating treatments at spa uluwatu were a true highlight for me. Everything was well-maintained and cute.

The resort is nice and beautiful. It is easy not to get out of the hotel and spend the whole holidays in it. It is right next to the beach, which is nice. However, due to its size and the many families staying there, one can feel lost. I would not recommend that hotel to honeymooners.
All amenities are overpriced.Too many families I would not recommend that hotel to honeymooners.

The club level amenities were incredible. We upgraded our room after not being happy with the original room that we booked. It ran 70.++ more but was well worth it. The Singaraja room that we originally booked needed a redoing. The photos looked much better than reality. The club room had been redone and the butlers and staff were great.
The property is beautiful but very large so It takes a lot of walking to get to places.
